- Identification of thematic areas consistent with the expected training objectives;
- On-line tests for the verification of incoming skills;
- Design of an ad hoc training program based on the company’s needs: definition of the contents and eventual predisposition of case studies, definition of the delivery methods, scheduling of meetings according to the company’s needs (including short sessions);
